1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India. Delivery times and shipping charges may vary based on your location (pin code), the size and weight of your order, and the delivery option you choose. At checkout, you will see the exact delivery timeframe and shipping cost for your address before you complete your purchase. If your pin code is not serviceable or if certain items cannot be delivered to your area, we will inform you during checkout or by email after you place the order.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (e.g. festivals or promotions), processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep. If we anticipate any delay in processing, we will try to notify you by email.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. This may vary depending on your location: metro cities and major towns often receive orders sooner, while remote areas or pin codes with limited courier coverage may take longer (sometimes up to 10–14 business days). We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. If there are any significant delays (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), we or our courier partner will try to keep you informed.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The exact amount depends on your location and the weight of your order and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We believe in transparent pricing—there are no hidden charges at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery in real time. You can also log into your account on our website and view your Order History to see the status of each order. If you have any concerns about your delivery (e.g. the tracking shows no movement for several days, or the package is marked delivered but you have not received it), please contact us with your order number and we will help you trace the shipment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have delivery restrictions due to size, weight, perishability, or regulatory requirements. If we cannot ship a particular product to your location, we will inform you before or shortly after you place the order. If payment has already been made for an order that we cannot fulfil due to such restrictions, we will refund the full amount (and any shipping charges if applicable) to your original payment method. Our Refund Policy applies to such cases.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost (e.g. no tracking updates for an extended period, or the estimated delivery date has passed), please contact us with your order number. We will work with our courier partner to trace your shipment. Depending on the outcome, we may arrange a replacement or a full refund in line with our Refund Policy. We ask for your patience during the investigation, as courier tracing can take a few business days.
8. Packaging
We pack your order with care so that your products reach you in good condition. We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials where possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability. If you receive a package that is damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
