It all started with a simple idea and a small patch of land.
Mr. Bikashanand Sahu, the visionary founder of Heritage Harvests, began his journey not in a boardroom or a factory — but in his own backyard garden. Driven by a deep respect for nature and a growing concern about the harmful chemicals found in everyday products, he set out to prove that nature alone could provide everything we need.
He carefully planted Loofah (Luffa) vines, Neem saplings, and Bay Leaf trees, nurturing them with nothing but natural compost, rainwater, and an unwavering commitment to zero pesticides, zero fungicides, and zero chemical fertilizers. Every plant was grown purely organically — the way nature intended.
As the plants flourished, so did the dream. What began as a personal experiment became a movement. Neighbours, friends, and family were amazed by the quality of products that emerged from this humble garden — natural bathing sponges, kitchen scrubbers, dental care sticks, and aromatic cooking herbs. Each product told a story of patience, purity, and purpose.
